Just a quick post coz I posted a teaser on my instagram (@elizabeauty) so I feel like I should share this with you guys!

So my awesome gf went to HK & I had to ask her grab me some stuff from NARS, although I know that NARS is hitting our shores soon.

Guess what? Okay if you read the title you would have already known.LOL! These are my first NARS single shadows, I’ve got  duos which I adore to bits (got 3 more on the way!). I have heard sometimes NARS shadows (a few of them) are hit or misses, but I did my research & I know these are the tried & true shades which I adore too!

Honestly if you were to look on NARS official site, their picture colours are pretty accurate too!

Sorry I actually photographed them before but I didn’t realize due to the gloomy day they looks like the same colour & I had to shoot them again :/ Hence the fingerprints, honestly it drives me crazy LOL!

I’ve been wanting ashes to ashes but I chanced upon Lhasa while searching for swatches! Some say that Lhasa is limited edition, maybe it was but anywhoo gf managed to get it for me!

Such a pretty brown, neutral with a bit of taupe, such a perfect throw on colour. I think it would be nice as a lid colour or in the crease!

Lhasa is something I don’t often gravitate to! It is a grey-ish purple with a lot of brown undertones! I have been using this continuously since I got it for the past 3 days in my crease, with something light like Stilla kitten on my lids. Sooooo pretty & subtle but still helps to enhance the eyes!!

Swatches! It’s pretty surprising it looks pretty similar on my skin! If you’re fairer it will look like 2 really different colours, however on me the difference is not super obvious! I’ve not used ashes to ashes on my lids yet so I am not sure how it will turn out!

Pretty obvious that Lhase has a purplish hint to it though! Both really pretty colours, pigmentation & staying power are all exceptional like all NARS shadows! <3 <3

I might do swatches again, or add another swatch on this post when the sun is shining brightly! I swatches these on a gloomy day it might have affected the colour?

I feel so rambly, I probably am rambling too much, so I better leave you guys with this!
